During this event the final workshops and the closing meetings will take place.

The final workshops, regarding all the WPs, are addressed mainly to the partnership members (around 15 up to 20 persons from the partner institutions are expected to participate to the meeting).
The main stakeholders (local public institutions, scientists and industry operators) will be invited to participate in the open session closing meeting. The seminar will last one day and involve 8 invited speakers. It will be open to general public, with an estimated attendance of about 200 visitors.
Public bodies representatives and market operators will help to provide a wide information to communicate the project results and the further developments to the general public, highlighting the role of the Asia-link programme for the enhanced co-operation among Asia and EU.
The involvement of the companies that participated in the project activities, during the former round tables or thanks to the internships offered to the visiting scholars, will be the strategic lever that should allow the network participants to assure a direct contact between agri-food marketing research and companies operating in the market. The responsibility for the meeting organisation is assigned to the Thammasat University, unless else specified in the detailed activity.
