The Polytechnic University of Madrid - College of Agriculture asks to become a candidate partner of the BEAN-QUORUM network.
The Polytechnic University of Madrid - College of Agriculture asks to become a candidate partner of the BEAN-QUORUM network.
The main responsible and contact person is Teresa Briz, researcher in Agricultural Economics. At the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid they have created a group working in different areas related with organic products, quality and differentiated products.
They would be interested in learning about programs in other institutions as well about publications on these issues.
The Director of the College of Agriculture has offered his support to join this Network.
As main contribution to the network they offer their experience as a multidisciplinary group that, although mainly dealing with organic products, is doing research comparing products with differentiated characteristics.
Professors from the Departments of Production, Food processing and marketing belong to this group, called Agri-Cultura Ecológica.
As main expectations on benefits achievable joining the network they consider the possibility to learn about experiences in other countries and to expand their knowledge on Asian cases.
Teresa Briz is available to providing further information to the network's members.
