Seventeen scholarships funded by the Erasmus Mundus Programme are available for third country students. Deadline for applications is on the 31st of January, 2009.
The 2-year Master degree in Horticultural Sciences is jointly awarded by the Alma Mater Studiorum-University of Bologna, the Technical University of Munich and the BOKU-University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences, Vienna.
A description of the program is available in the UNIBO website, where you can find information on the Erasmus Mundus scholarships, that are available for non-EU students from many regions.
If you are a graduate student and would like to apply for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship go to the Information and Admission Form web page.
One of the members of the BEAN-QUORUM network already seized this chance in Academic year 2008/09. She ranked 2nd in the general ranking of applicants and was awarded of the Erasmus Mundus scholarship.
A further opportunity offered by the Erasmus Mundus programme is the "international scholar grant", which makes possible to non-EU scholars (professors or researchers) to apply for a short teaching period.
This represents a very good opportunity to further enhance the relationships among the BEAN-QUORUM network members.
