The BEAN-QUORUM multilateral network agreement has been signed by a new Academic partner, the Himalayan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (HICAST).

HICAST is the agriculture and veterinary college affiliated to the Purbanchal University, situated in the capital city of Nepal, Kathmandu.
