The BEAN-QUORUM multilateral network agreement has been signed by a new Academic partner, the Centre for Agrarian Systems Research and Development (CASRAD).
CASRAD is a research unit of the Vietnamese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
The Centre is under the Field Crops Research Institute. The Centre has the following functions: research and development for sustainable agrarian systems in ecological regions; consultancy, co-operation and training in agrarian systems.
It has functions of carrying out research and development for sustainable agrarian systems for agro-ecological regions, socio-economic and market research for agriculture and rural development, especially focusing on quality development and management policy for agricultural products.
